BUTTER BEANS MASALA


INGREDIENTS :

1 bowl white beans
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 spoon fresh butter
1 spoon fried onion
4-5 fresh mint leaves

METHOD :

1. Soak white beans in a water overnight.
2.  Change it water and cook in pressure cooker on three whistle.
3.  In a cooking pan, heat oil for tampering.
4. Add cumin seeds and chopped onion.
5. Let it turn golden brown.
6. Add chopped tomatoes.
7. Saute it tomatoes becomes soft.
8. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt . Saute well.
9. Add already cooked white beans.
10. Add water that is remaining in pressure cooker if necessary. It add taste to your dish. Don't use cold water.
11. Cook it for 2 more minutes.
12. Add fried onion , fresh butter and  chopped fresh mint leaves.
13. Cover it and keep it cooking for 1 more minute.
14. Your  tastey meal dish is ready.
15. Serve it with steamed rice or roti.
