INGREDIENTS :
1 cup vermicelli ( sevaiya )
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 spoons ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 spoon wheat flour
1/2 cup water
Method :
1. Melt two spoons ghee in a cooking pan .
2. Add vermicelli in it and roast it nicely.
3. Move it in such a way that vermicelli should not burn .
4. Roast it till it turns brown
5. Add 1 spoon wheat flour. It gives thickness you kheer.
6. Roast it for a minute . Add dry fruits of your choice.
7. Add 1/2 cup water . Let vermicelli cook in it.
8. Once cooked add sugar and milk.
9. Let it boil for around 5 minutes on low flame.
10. Cover it with lid. Let it cools down completely.
11. It gets thick as it cools down .
12. While serving make it little bit warm.
13. Garnish with chopped almonds.
