BUTTER ROTI IN OVEN

Sharing here step by step photos of how to make butter roti in oven .

You can serve them with Gravy Sabzi. 



INGREDIENTS :

2 cup all purpose flour / whole wheat flour
2 big spoons curd
Salt to taste
Pinch of suger
2 spoons oil
Warm water as required
Butter to apply over Roti

METHOD :

1. Take flour in own bowl.
You can use 1 bowl all purpose flour and 1 bowl whole wheat flour together.

2. Add curd, salt, sugar , oil together. Mix it well.

3. Use warm water to make its dough.


4. Take medium size portion of dough.
Apply dry flour over it .


5. Roll it with rolling pin to Roti.


6. Keep all your Roti ready.


 7. Preheat oven at 200°C temperature or maximum temperature of your oven for 10 minutes .

 8. Place all your rolled Roti  all at a time in preheated oven .


9. I usually select Turbo Room grill setting for making Roti with temp 200-250°C


10. In approximately 6-7 minutes your Roti starts puffing. You need to keep watch on it all the time .

 11. As soon as it puffed on one side and turn slightly brown, flip it to other side to roast.

It takes 2-3 minutes to roast from another side.


12. Remove them from oven .

13. Serve hot with any sabzi . Apply some butter over it while serving hot.
