INGREDIENTS :
3 potatoes
2 cups whole wheat flour
4-5 spoons oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Preparation:
How to make a dough ?
1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl.
2. Add pinch of salt .
3. Mix well
4. Use water as needed. Make a soft dough.
5. Keep it covered with wet cloth for 14 minutes.
How to make aloo paratha stuffing ?
1. Take 3 big sized potatoes.
2. Add 2 glasses water in pressure cooker.
3. Boil potatoes in pressure cooker with 3 whistles.
4. Let cooker cools down. Once potatoes are cool, peel them
5. Grate them with large size grating .
I avoid here mashing potatoes. Mashing them may left some hard unmanaged small parts. Because of which, your paratha may get a hole.
TEMPERING
1. Heat 2 spoons oil in a pan for tempering.
2. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste.
3 . Saute well till it starts aroming.
4. Add grated boiled potatoes.
5. Mix well.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Take your pan out of gas. We don't want to cook it more.
How to make aloo paratha ?
1. Before start rolling paratha, make balls of dough of medium size.
2. Keep them aside.
3. Make small size balls of potato stuffing too.
4. Make sure that stuffing balls are half size of dough balls.
5. Take a dough ball.
6. Roll it to medium size roti with rolling pin.
7. Place potato stuffing ball at it's center.
8. Cover it from all sides with rolled Roti.
Do it same way we do it for Puran Poli.
9. Seal this from upper size.
10. Apply some dry wheat flour over it.
11. Roll it with rolling pin from all sides uniformly.
We don't want thin roll.
12. Heat a pan.
13. Roast this rolled paratha from both sides on heated pan.
14. Apply homemade ghee on its upper part.
15. Delicious stuffed Aloo Paratha is ready to serve.
16. Serve it with any type of raita or curd.
