HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE CHILLI CHICKEN ?



Chilli chicken is simple chicken recipe with spicy and sweet sauce and lots of cubed onions and capsicums. 
Its famous chicken starter in Indian restaurants . 
Cook it at home with simple way to achieve exact taste.

HOW TO MARINATE CHILLI CHICKEN ? 

INGREDIENTS :

½ kg boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp dark Soya sauce
1 tsp red chili powder
1 egg
2 spoons all purpose flour

HOW TO MARINATE CHICKEN ? 
1. Add all ingredients listed above together.
2. Mix it well.
3. Marinate it for 1 hour.

FRY MARINATED CHICKEN


1. Heat oil for frying.
2. Deep fry marinated chicken pieces .
3. Keep it on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.


HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE CHILLI CHICKEN?



INGREDIENTS :

4 spoons oil for tempering
Cubed onion
Cubed green capsicum
Chopped garlic
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp dark Soya sauce
2 tsp corn starch / all purpose flour mixed in water
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar/honey

METHOD :

1. Heat 3-4 spoons oil for tempering.
2. Add cubed onion , cubed capsicum, chopped garlic. 
3. Saute well till onion cooks well.
4. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 2 tsp dark Soya sauce.
5. Mix well.
6. Add 1 tsp corn starch / all purpose flour mixed in water.
7. Saute well. It will give nice taste and thickness to chilli chicken sauce.
8. Add 1 tsp red chili powder and salt to taste.
9. Add 1/2 cup warm water . 
10. Mix well.
11. Let it cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
12. Restaurant style chilli chicken is ready to serve.
