1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
Pinch of salt
METHOD:
1. Add sugar and milk together.
2. Mix it together till sugar dissolves in water completely.
3. In a big mixing bowl, take all purpose flour.
4. Add pinch of salt.
5. Mix milk sugar mixture in it .
6. Add 1/4 cup melted ghee.
7. Mix it all together.
8. Usually we don't need water to form a dough.
9. Make a soft dough of it .
10. Keep this dought covered with Wel cloth for 30 minutes.
11. After 30 min press it with palm again to make.more softer.
12. Take a small portion of dough. Roll it to medium thickness circle. You rolling pin for it .
13. With SHANKARPALI cutter or with butter knief , make square shape shankarapali
14. Deep fry it in oil on medium flame .
15. They settled down at bottom when fried nicely .
16. Drain excess oil . Keep it in tissue paper.
17. Sankarpali is ready to serve.
15. Store it in air tight container.
