RAVA KESARI

RAVA KESARI is delicious sweet dish made with semolina and Kesar. 
To add extra awesomeness you can use dry fruits.




INGREDIENTS :

1 cup semolina
5 spoons homemade ghee
1 cup warm water
Kesar
2 spoons milk
1/2 cup or less than that sugar

METHOD :

Mix Kesar in 2 spoons warm milk and keep aside.

1. In a cooking pan, roast rava / semolina.
2. Roast on low frame it till starts turning golden.
3. Add ghee and roast for 1 more minute.
4. Once rava roasted nicely, it gives aroma.
5. Add dry fruits of your choice. I used cashew, resins and almonds.
6. Add milk Kesar and 1 cup warm water.
7. Mix well.
8. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
9. Rava becomes super soft.
10. Add 1/2 cup or less than that sugar. Adjust its quantity as per sweetness you like.
11. Cover with lid and let it cook for 2 more minute.
12. Add 2 more spoons ghee over it.
13. Rava Kesari is ready is serve.
14. Serve it warm.
