INGREDIENTS :
1 cup roasted sesame seeds
1 cup sugar
Don't use jagerry instead of sugar.
2 spoons homemade ghee
Pinch of cardamom powder
METHOD :
1 . In a cooking pan, melt two spoons homemade ghee.
2. Add 1 cup sugar. Saute till it melts.
3. Add roasted sesame seeds.
4. Mix it well.
5. Take a rolling surface.
6. Grace rolling surface and rolling pin with ghee.
7 . Pour hot sugar, sesame mixture on it.
8. Roll it thin with rolling surface.
9. Cut it in rose pattle shape when it's hot.
11. Mold all paddles together to make a flower when its hot.
