CRISPY TIL CHIKKI - CRISPY SESAME CHIKKI - MAKAR SANKRANTI SPECIAL

Til chikki bar is makar sankranti festival special sweet made with sesame seeds and sugar. 

For its crispiness you just need 2 spoons of homemade ghee . 


INGREDIENTS :

1 cup roasted sesame seeds
1 cup sugar
Don't use jagerry instead of sugar.
2 spoons homemade ghee
Pinch of cardamom powder

METHOD :

1 . In a cooking pan, melt two spoons homemade ghee.
2. Add 1 cup sugar. Saute till it melts.
3. Add roasted sesame seeds.
4. Mix it well.
5. Take a rolling surface.
6. Grace rolling surface and rolling pin with ghee.
7 . Pour hot sugar, sesame mixture on it.
8. Roll it thin with rolling surface.
9. Cut it in diamond shape before it cools down.
10. Makar Sankranti special sesame chikki ready to enjoy !
