Chicken tikka masala is one of famous chicken recipes.

INGREDIENTS :
For marination
200 gram boneless chicken pieces
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
For Chicken tikka gravy
1 big sized chopped onion
1 bowl fresh tomato puree
Oil for tempering
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
2 spoons fresh cream
METHOD
HOW TO GRILL CHICKEN PIECES ?
1. Wash boneless chicken .
2. Marinate it with ingredients listed under For marination
3. Keep it overnight if you are keeping in fridge
OR
marinate for 4 hours .
4. Pinch it to grill sticks.
5. Grill them in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree C.
Here I selected oven setting as TERBO GRILL
6. Its starts smelling nice once grilled golden brown.
7. Keep these grilled pieces aside.
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA GRAVY ?
1. Heat 4 tsp oil for tempering .
2. Add chopped onion . Saute well till it turns golden brown.
3. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and mix well.
4. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1/2 tsp garam masala . Saute well till it roasts nicely with onion.
5. Chop 1 big size fresh tomato . Blend it in a blender to make its fine puree.
6. Add fresh tomato puree in it .
7. Saute well till raw smell of tomato disappears and it roasts nicely.
8. Add fresh cream in it . This gives an unique taste to your chicken tikka masala .
Let it cook for some more time .
9. Add grilled chicken pieces in it . Saute carefully .
10 . Let it cook for 2 more minutes .
