PANEER CHILLI DRY SADZI 🥘

Paneer capsicum is easy , 5 minute paneer dry sabzi recipe .

INGREDIENTS

1 cup paneer cubes 
1 onion thin sliced 
6-7 green chillies - thin sliced 
( Buy big sized , thick green chillies which are generally not spicy )
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 spoons fried onion
Oil for tempering


METHOD

1. Heat oil for tempering.

2. Add cumin seeds, thin sliced onion. 

3. Saute well till onion turns golden brown.

4. Add thin sliced green chillies( thick , non spicy)

5. Saute well till chillies roasts nicely. 


6. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.

7. Saute till it roasts .


8. Add half cup of water to cook chillies.



9. Cover with lid and let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.


10. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup. Saute well.


11. Add fried onion. Mix well.



12. Add fresh paneer cubes. Saute for 2 more minutes.


13. Delicious paneer chilli dry sabzi is ready.


Serve it with Roti.
