VEGETARIAN THAI CURRY
INGREDIENTS :
1 liter milk
2 spoons lemon juice/ vinegar
1 glass room temperature water
4 glasses chilled water
METHOD :
1. Boil 1 liter milk in thick bottom cooking pot.
2. Add 2 spoons fresh lemon juice or vinegar in it.
3. Keep stirring.
4. It's starts separating water and paneer from milk.
5. Stir it for next 2 minutes.
5. Wash it clean with room temperature water.
6. Press it in clean cloth to remove excess water.
7. Press it tight.
8. Dip this rinsed paneer along with cloth in cold water.
9. Let it rest in cold water for 2 more minutes.
10. Press it tight to remove water.
11. Roll this paneer along with cloth to make little bit flat.
12. Lay this cloth on surface along with cloth.
13. Keep something heavy on it to give it flat shape.
Let it aside for 30 minutes.
14. Your perfect paneer is ready now.
15. Cut it into small pieces.
16. Homemade paneer is softer than ready made. You can keep in fridge and can use for 4 days
