✅ For making marination masala
2 spoons curd
1 tsp lemon juice
Handful of mint
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, biryani masala 1 TSP each
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
✅ And......
1/2 kg boneless chicken
👩🍳👩🍳Method: 👩🍳👩🍳
1. Add all ingredients given in marination list.
2. Grind it to fine paste.
3. Cut boneless chicken in medium size cubs.
4. Pour this grinded marination masala in it.
5 Mix well. Add 1 tsp rice flour to get some thickness to masala.
6. Keep this for 1/2 hour.
5. Arrange them on grilling sticks.
6. Bake it in preheated oven on 180°C for 15 minutes or till chicken pieces become soft .
7. Grill it for 15 minutes on same temperature.
8. Serve it hot.
