Maroni - Chestnuts
1 jar water
Preparation
- Make a small cut in its shell with knife.
- Soak it in warm water for 1/2 hour.
- Make frying pan very hot.
- Keep steel plate in it.
- Spread soaked Maroni on it .
- Cover it with lid.
- Keep flame high.
- Let it bake on flame for 30 min.
- Stir in between after every 5 minutes.
- Once baked nicely, it will start breaking and separating its shell
- Serve it hot.
- It break it full, just press it with two thumbs .
