Mini masala idli is an addictive south indian easy snacks made from leftover idlis .
A different way to serve idlis with sambar masala tadka taste.
Ingredients :
12 mini idlis
Oil for tempering
Mustard seeds
Urad daal
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander
Sambar masala
Method :
1. Heat oil for tempering.
2. Temper 1/4 tsp mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp urad daal.
3. Add and fry curry leaves next for a minute.
4. Make a gas flame low . Add 1 spoon sambar masala.
5. Add pinch of salt and mix well.
6. Add mini idlis . Mix well. Make sure all idlis coated well with this masala.
7. Sprinkle chopped coriander for garnishing.
8. Serve min masala idalid hot.
