HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN ?




Ingredient: 
1/2 kg of chicken ( boneless)
1 cup curd 
2 tablespoon garlic paste
Oil
1 medium sized onion
1/2 small cup butter ( homemade makhkhan will be great)
Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder

For Butter chicken gravy :















1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1 chopped onion 
6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
15 cashew nuts
2 cardamom
2 dry red chillies ( less spicy)

Recipe:

How to cook chicken : 

1. Clean the chicken pieces.
2. Add 1 cup curd, 2 spoon of garlic paste, and stir it all together.
3. Keep this mixture for 1 hour.
4.  After 1 hour marination , heat oil for tempering in cooking vessel.
5. Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
6. Add marinated chicken and stir .
7. Add salt as per taste.
8. Cover the lid and cook on low flame (Choose a lid to cover cooking vessel in such a shape that you can keep water on it. Chicken mixture will start leaving some water due to added salt. Cook the chicken in the same water.
9. Once the water released by the chicken is over n mixture is getting dry , add half cup of hot water in it. Use water which we kept on lit while cooking. 
10. Fill the water on the covered dish again.
11. Cook until the chicken become soft.

Do not pour the water in the chicken completely. Add only half a cup of water at a time. Chicken cooks fast and bone soup gets better taste if you use this cooking method.

12. Remove chicken pieces from soup and keep them aside.

Butter chicken gravy : 

















1. Heat a nonstick pan. Put 2 spoon of oil in it.
2. Roast all the spices ingredients given above in your heated pan.
3. Make a fine paste  of it in grinder. Use water as needed.



How to make Butter chicken: 
















1. Heat 4-5 spoons of oil in a large bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup butter and stir it.
3. Add Masala paste, red chili powder and roast masala for a while.
4. Put 1 cup of hot water.
5. Let this gravy cook  in water for 5 minutes.
6. Add cooked chicken pieces to the gravy and  stir it only once.
7. Serving 1 from Spoon butter and cream (optional).
