Raw mango chutney


Ingredients:

2 raw mangoes

1/2 cup dried coconut grated

2 garlic cloves (optional)

Salt, jaggery, red chilli powder, turmeric powder

For tempering:
 oil, mustard seeds


Recipe:

1. Clean raw mangoes and peel it.

2. Chop it in small pieces.

3. Grate 1/2 cup dry coconut and 1 medium-sized jaggery

4. Make a paste of raw mango pieces, grated dried coconut, garlic cloves and jaggery in a grinder.

5. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Let it crack. 

6. Add 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder and sauté it.

7. Immediately add a grated paste of raw mango  and cover the lid.

8. Add salt as per your taste. Keep stirring chutney for some time.
