Hungarian Fried Bread .... LANGOS

Langos is Hungarian fried bread . It is famous street and festival food.

You can find Langos at food counters of christmas market in Germany too. I tastes Langos in Germany and loved it at lot.

It is made up of all purpose flour fried in vegetable oil. Sometimes it is made up of all purpose flour and boiled mashed potatoes , called potato Langos.  Langos topping is as per your choice.

It is eaten fresh , warm and most of the time topped with sour cream , grated cheese, grated garlic / garlic sauce.

Serve it without topping for kids under age 3 years.
