Dry Veg Manchurian is Chinese starter dish made up of deep fried vegetables balls/dumplings tossed in sause.

2 cups grated cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup chopped capsicums
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1/2 cup chopped french beans
2 spoons ginger garlic paste
3 spoons all purpose flour
1 spoon corn flour
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce, Chilly sauce and Soya sauce
Method:
1. Wash all vegetables properly
2. Finely grate cabbage
5. Make small balls of it.
6. Heat oil in frying pan . Deep fry these vegetable balls on medium flamf from all sides .
Don't keep flame on high as it makes balls unfried from inside. Keep flame medium
It takes time to get these balls.
7. Take them out of frying oil once their colour changes to brown and you smells aroma of Manchurian.
8. Keep it on paper towel to remove excess oil
9. Let's make gravy to tosse fried balls .
Heat 1 spoon oil. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Roast it. Add 1 spoon soya sauce, 1/2 spoon chilll sauce and 3 spoons tomato sauce.
Add salt to taste .
Saute it nicely
10. Add 1/2 cup luckwarm water. Let it boil with gravy .
11. Add fried vegetable balls in it. Saute well
Make sure every ball coated nicely with gravy
12. Dry Veg Manchurian is ready.
Serve it hot .
Sprinkle grated cabbage and chooped sprosp onion on it.
