Ingredients :
1/2 kg chicken
For marination
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 big spoons thick curd
For fry chicken
1 big onion finely chopped
1/2 tomato finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
4-5 spoons chicken stock
Chopped coriander
3-4 chopped mint leaves
Method :
Chicken Marination
For making fry chicken you need marinate chicken for 4-5 hours
1. Wash chicken pieces with water.
2. If pieces are too big, cut them into small pieces.
3. Add chicken pieces and all ingredients listed above for marination together .
4. Mix well
5. Keep it in fridge at least 4-5 hours for marinaton.
Cook chicken
After marination , cook this chicken seperately without adding any spices.

Keep cooked chicken pieces and it's stock seperately.
How to make fry chicken
1. Heat oil for tampering
2. Add chopped onion. Saute well.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute well till it starts releasing oil.
4. Add ginger garlic paste.
5. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt and saute till it roasts nicely.
6. Keep gas flame low.
7. Add already cooked chicken pieces.
Saute.
8 . Add 3-4 spoons chicken stock. Saute.
9. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
10. Cover cooking pot with lid. Let it cook dry for 3 more minutes on low flame.
11. Fry chicken is ready to serve.
12. Serve it with roti, vade or naan.
