Perfect recipe of Indian crunchy spicy famous snacks dish PAKORA.
Serve delicious pakoras with chutney of your choice .
INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup gram flour
4 spoons semolina
1 onion finely chopped
Chopped coriander
4 dried curry leaves
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Fruit salt 1/4 tsp ( optional )
1 tsp Carom seeds
Water as needed

Method :
How to make pakora batter ?
1. Take a mixing bowl .Add chopped onion, coriander, curry leaves together .
2. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, carom seeds, salt to taste .
3. Mix well and let this mixture rest for 5 minutes.
4. Added salt mixes with chopped onion and starts leaving water.
6. Add gram flour and semolina.
7. Mix well.
8. Add water as required to make thick pakora batter
9. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.
10. Add fruit salt just before frying pakora.
Excess use of fruit salt can change pakora's taste. Be careful.
How to fry pakora ?
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Quality of oil should be enough to deep pakora completely inside it. We are going to deep fry them.
3. Once oil heated properly, take some pakora batter in small spoon. Put them in heated oil.
Deep fry from both sides .
4. After frying place them on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil .
5. Serve this delicious snacks dish with sandwich chutney or any sauce of your choice .
