INGREDIENTS :
1 cup sevaiya / vermicelli
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
Dry fruits of your choice
1 tsp green cardamom powder
2 tsp ghee
METHOD :
1. Take 1 cup god quality sevaiya.
2. Heat 2 tsp ghee in a cooking pan.
3. Pour savaiya in heated pan.
4. Roast till it turns golden brown.
5. Add milk , dry fruits and cardamom powder.
6. Mix well.
7. Let Sevaiya cook in milk nicely.
8. Add sugar and let it cook on low flame.
9. Sweet savaiya is ready to serve.
10. Add 1 tsp ghee over it while serving.
