SOFT AND PLUFFY ROSE FLAVOURED CUPCAKES


INGREDIENTS:

Dry ingredients : 
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Other :
1 egg
1 tsp rose syrup / essence
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup normal temperature butter

METHOD :

  1. Add all dry ingredients together.
  2. Here we are adding all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add 1 egg, water, milk , oil and butter in dry ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. You should mix it for at least 10 minutes.
  7. Make sure no lumps of flour formed in batter.
  8. Add rose syrup or essence at last . 
  9. Mix well.
  10. Batter should become pluffy.
  11. Grace cupcake mould with butter.
  12. Pour cake batter in cupcake mould.
  13. Stamp it once to remove air bubbles.

BAKING CUPCAKES 

  1. Preheat your oven to 150 °C for 15 minutes
  2. Put batter filled  cupcake sheet in oven
  3. Bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Check cupcake wit taster or toothpick.
  5. Press it at cake's center . Take it out . 
  6. It should come out without sticking any batter to it .
  7. If not, bake it for 5 more minutes.
  8. Once baking done, take cake mould out of oven.
  9. Let it cool down.
  10. Soft and pluffy rose flavoured cupcakes comes out without sticking to mould surface .
  11. Your cupcake are ready to make your party special.
  12. Decorate it with cream if you like.
