INGREDIENTS :
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup room temperature butter
1/4 cup warm water
Dry fruits soaked in water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp red food colour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Desiccated coconut r decoration
METHOD:
1. Add eggs , oil , water , milk ,butter , vanilla essence and powdered sugar together.
2. Mix it properly.
3. Add baking soda and baking powder.
4. Whisk together till it becomes fluffy.
5. Add dry fruits soaked in water and red food colour.
6. Add all purpose flour.
7. Whisk together to make cake batter.
8. Make sure there are no lumps of flour inside it.
9 . Grace cake mold with butter.
10. Spread dry all purpose flour over it so that it makes one thin layer.
11. Tap it to remove extra flour.
12. Pour cake batter in cake mould.
13. Tap twice to remove air bubbles.
14. Preheat oven to 150°C
15. Place cake mold for baking.
16. Bake it for 45 minutes with 180°C
17. Once baked properly, take it out of mold.
18. Let it cools down completely.
Decoration :
1. Apply thin layer of strawberry jam over it.
2. Place stencil at centre if you want any shape .
3. Spread desiccated coconut uniformly.
4. Remove stencil
5. Decorate with chocolates.
