Mint lassi is one of my favourite lassi. Specially as a side drink with non veg meal.
I suggest you to serve it with heavy meal menu as mint lassi is good for digestion.
It's easy drink that you can make it with easily available ingredients. You just need to have butter milk and some fresh mint leaves.
INGREDIENTS :
1 glass butter milk
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder ( Jeera powder)
METHOD :
1. Wash mint leaves with water.
2. Mix butter milk, mint leaves, salt and suger together.
3. Grind it in a grinder. Mint leaves should mix with butter milk properly.
4. Pour it in cold glass.
5. Sprinkle pinch of cumin powder on top.
6. Keep in fridge for 15 min.
7. Decorate with some mint leaves.
8. Serve it cold.
