INGREDIENTS :

2 boiled potatoes
1 bowl green peas
1 chopped onion
1 bow fresh tomato puree
3-4 fresh mint leaves
Oil for tampering
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala / pav bhaji masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp sugar
Chopped coriander

METHOD :

1. Peel boiled potatoes.
2. Cut them into small cubes shape
3. Make a puree of two fresh tomatoes and mint leaves together.
4. If ginger garlic paste in not available, you can add 2 cloves garlic and small piece of ginger in grinder while making tomato puree.
5. Heat oil for tampering.
6. Add cumin seeds. Let them pop.
7. Add chopped onion . Let them become.golden brown.
8. Add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste.
9. Roast it on medium flame till it's starts seperating oil.
10. Add turmeric powder,red  chilly powder, salt,sugar, garam masala/ pav bhaji masala,lemon juice.
11. Roast it nicely.
12. Once gravy is roasted nicely add 1 bowl green peas and 1/2 cup warm water.
13. Let please cook with spices and gravy f 3-4 more minutes on low flame.
14. Adjust consistency of gravy withwarm water as needed.
15. Add chopped boiled potatoes and chopped coriander leaves.
16. Mix well and cook it covered for 2 more minutes.
17. Your Punjabi ALOO MUTTAR is ready to serve.
18. Serve it hot with Poori.
