PUFFY AND SOFT POORIS

Poori is deep fried Indian origin bread . 
It can serve as breakfast or meal too.




Learn how to make puffed wheat flour poori.




Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
2 spoons semolina
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
Water as requires 
Oil for deep frying 
4 spoons curd

Method
How to make poori dough ? 
1. Take 2 cups wheat flour.
2. Add 2 spoons semolina.
3. Add salt and sugar 
4. Add 2 tsp oil and mix well.
5. Add water as required , only few at a time and make a dough.
6. Dough for poori should not be very soft.
7. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

How to roll poori ? 
You can take a small portion of a dough and can roll individual poori , one at a time
 or 
1. You can take a  big portion( size should be as much as big orange)
2. Roll it of the size of roti
3. Using katori or glass you can shape sal pooris on roles roti
This method is easy , less time consuming and gives all pooris in same shapes

Don't put rolled pooris on one another . They may stick to each other.
Keep a paper seperater in between.

After rolling poories, always keep them in fridge for 30 minutes. It help to make poories less oily after frying.

After 3
Deep fry them till they turns golden.brow from.both sides. To remove excess oil, put them on kitchen tissue.

Serve hot , puffed poories with photo bhaji or Chole masala
