WHEAT FLOUR LADI PAV WITHOUT YEAST


INGREDIENTS :

1 cup all purpose flour
2 cups wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds ( optional )
2 spoons oil

METHOD:

1. Mix all ingredients listed above together.

2. Knead to make a super soft dough.
Your dough must be soft. You have to knead it for at least 10 minutes

3. Cover it with wet cloth. Rest for 30 minutes.


4. Divide it in small equal parts. Roll them to ball.


5. Grace a cake mold with oil.

6. Place these balls in cake mold.


7. Grace them with milk.

8. Cover it with wet cloth.
Rest for 10 minutes.


9. In these 10 minutes heat your oven at temperature 200°C

10. Place these dough balls in pre heated oven

11. Set oven temperature again 200°C . Let them bake for 20 minutes.

12. They will turn golden yellow.

13. Remove from oven.


14. Grace them with oil.


15. Cover them with wet cloth . Bun will absorb all wetness from vapours formed inside
 They will become soft.


16. Bun breads are ready in next 10 minutes.
