INGREDIENTS :
1 cup milk
1 cup thick curd
1/2 cup milk powder
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder

METHOD :
1. Take 1 cup milk
2. Take 1 cup thick curd
3. Take 1/2 cup milk powder
4. Take 3 tsp sugar
5. Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
6. Mix all together
7. Pour it in pressure cooker pot
8. Steam it in pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Add 1 glass water in pressure cooker bottom to steam
9. Remove whistle
10. After 30 minutes, your KHARVAS is ready
Let it cool down completely.
11. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
It will help to settle
12. Cut into small pieces.
13. Decorate with chopped almonds
