NO BAKE SWISS ROLL | BISCUITS SWISS ROLL


Sharing here quick and easy recipe of SWISS ROLL .

You don't need any baking today ! 

I have made these with Marigold biscuits.


INGREDIENTS

LAYER 1
  • 1 back Marigold biscuits
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk

LAYER 2
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp butter

METHOD



HOW TO MAKE FIRST LAYER? 

1. Grind all Marigold biscuits to make it's fine paste

2. Add 1/4 cup milk, powdered sugar and 1 tsp chocolate syrup.

3. Mix it well.

4. Knead to make soft dough. Add mill if required.

HOW TO MAKE SECOND LAYER ? 

1. Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. 

2.  Add grated coconut and 4 tsp sugar.

3. Roast it nicely.

4. We need this mixture sticky and soft. 

HOW TO ROLL THEM ? 

1. Take butter paper.

2. Roll dough that we made as layer 1 on butter paper.

3. We need a thick roll. Don't roll it thin. 

4. Spread second layer of coconut mixture on it . 

5. We want this layer uniform. 

6. Press with fingers.

7. Roll it along with butter paper tight.

8. Refrigerate it for 2 hours . 

9. After 2 hours , this roll turns little but hard.

10. Cut it evenly. 

11. Swiss rolls are ready to serve. 

12. Decorate with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar.
