CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS - includes cutting steps | BEST STARTER



INGREDIENTS 
 
6 small size chicken legs - for big size chicken lollipop
1 egg 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
2 spoons tomato ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce 
salt to taste 
1 tsp red chili powder 
1 tsp garam masala 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
oil for frying 

1 finely chopped onion 
2 chopped garlic cloves 
1 tsp sesame seeds

HOW TO CUT CHICKEN LOLLIPOP ?






1. Take medium size leg piece.
2. Slight cut its lower part.
3. Remove meat from its upper thin bone.
4. Give it a shape of lollipop.

HOW TO MARINATE CHICKEN ?

1.   In a mixing bowl , add 1 egg
2. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste .
3. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
4. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp tomato ketchup .
5. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
6. Add  chicken pieces. Mix well.
7.  Rest for 10 minutes.
8. Add 1 spoon all purpose flour and 1 spoon corn flour.
9. Mix well. Rest for 10 minutes.

FRY CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

1. Heat oil for deep frying.
2. Deep fry marinated pieces on low flame from both sides till it becomes brown.
3. It takes 8-10 minutes.
4. After frying, keep on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.

TEMPETR & MAKE LOLLIPOP TASTIER 

1. Heat 2 spoons oil for tempering.
2. Add 1 chopped onion and 4 chopped garlic cloves.
3. Add 2 spoons tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soy sauce.
4. Add 1 spoons sesame seeds. Mix well.
5. Add fried Chicken Lollipop.
6. Mix well . 
7. Delicious Chicken Lollipop is ready.
8. Serve with sauce.
