Ingredients:
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 cup corn flour
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Jeera powder
1 tsp tsp sugar
2 spoons curd
1 spoon vegetable oil
Whole jeera 1 spoon
1 tsp garlic paste
Recipe :
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Mix sufficient amount of hot water and make a soft dough.
3. If dought do not coming together as a round, add 1 more spoon wheat flour.
4. Cover this dough and keep it for 1/2 n hour .
5. After 1/2 n hour , divide dough in small balls. BA size should be same as small lemon .
6. Spread vegetable oil to palm .
7. With oily palm press dough ball on plastic paper.
8. Press with oily fingures to give it Poori shape.
9.Deep fry these pooris in hot oil.
10. To remove excess oil, keep fried pooris on tissue paper.
11. Serve hot Cornflour masala poori with raita and chutney.
