Ingredients :
1 cup fine semolina
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cardamom powder
4 spoons homemade ghee
Recipe :
1. Make a pan hot on high flame.
2. Roast semolina in a hot pan on low flame.
3. Remove it from pan.
4. In same pan , pour ghee.
5. Let it melt for few seconds.
6. Add roasted semolina in it.
7. Fry it for 1 minute.
8. Remove from pan when you smell nice aroma of semolina.
9. In same pan , add 1/4 cup water. Let it boil.
10. Add 1/ 2 cup sugar in it. Let it boil on high flame.
11. We need one string consistacy sugar syrup.
12. Small string forms if you press sugar syrup in thumb and index fingure.
13. Don't boil it more than that. If you boil more even for few seconds , ladoo becomes hard.
14 . Making correct consistancy sugar syrup is one of difficult and important stage of this recipe.
15. Pour roasted semolina in sugar syrup.
16. Add cardomom powder in it. Mix it well .
17. Cover it with lid for 30 minutes.
18. Roll it to ladoo once mirture becomes thick.
19. If mixture becomes too dry that you can not roll it to ladoo, add 1/4 cup sugar syrup and stir well.
20. Use dry fruits for decoration as your choice.
