MINT CHUTNEY


Easy recipe for mint chutney to serve with Vada pav, samosa, chaat, pakora / flitters , sandwiches and many  more indian street foods.


Ingredients

10-15 fresh mint leaves
1/2 onion chopped
Coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Carom seeds
Salt and sugar to taste
3-4 garlic cloves


Method :

1. Wash mint leaves and coriander leaves.
2. Grind all ingredients to fine paste.
3. Adjust salt and sugar as per taste.
4. Mint chutney is ready to serve.
5. You can use this with roti or paratha.

This is main ingredient of Indian Street food.

Note : if you want to make mint chutney in large amount and thicker in texture, add 1 bread slice while grinding .
