PINEAPPLE CAKE

Easiest recipe for fluffy, moist and tasty pineapple cake with step by step photos!


Ingredients :

2 cups all purpose flour
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup fresh pineapple pulp
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs

Method :

1. Add powdered sugar and eggs together in a mixing bowl .
Mix it well till it become fluffy.


2. Add melted butter. Mix it well.


3. Cut 4 big pineapple pieced small. Make a fine paste of it in a grinder. Add this fresh pineapple pulp in cake mixture and mix well.


4. Add all purpose flour . 1/2 cup at a time.
  and mix well . Make sure there are no lumps of flour formed in mixture.


5. Add baking soda, baking powder and essence.
6. Mix till it become fluffy.

7. Grace cake mould with melted butter.
8. Spread dry all purpose flour . This layer will help to keep cake batter separate from mould and cake will not stick to mould after baking.


9. Pour cake mixture in it
 Tap it twice to remove air bubbles.

10. Bake it in oven on 180C for 45. It will grow double in size.
To check if it is baked completely , use toothpick or cake taster. Taste cake at center. It should come out without any sticky cake batter on it.



11. Let it cools down completely. Remove it in plate from cake mould.


12. Create design of paper as per your choice.
13. Keep it on cake and sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
14. Remove paper pieces carefully.
15. It will give you very nice decoration of your choice.
