GOLGAPPA POORI AT HOME

Pani Puri is one of the best Indian street food snacks that nobody can resist.

Pani Puri or Galgappa is my favourite street food . But I always afraid eating it at roadside stalls because of hygiene.
It's always good to make your favourite dish in your own kitchen !

Easy recipe to make Puri for Pani Puri / GOLGAPPA with step by step photos!

Ingredients :

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sooji / semolina
Pinch of salt

Method :

1. Add all ingredients
2. Knead dough. We DON'T want here soft dough.
3. Cover it with wet cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes, take a small portion of dough.
5. Roll it thin with rolling pin . If you roll thick , poori will not puff and they becomes soft after cooling.
6.  Roll as thin as possible.
7. Make small circles on it. It is easier way to make more pooris at a time than rolling it one.by one

7. Deep fry them in heated oil till they turn golden brown from both sides.

Youe golgappa pooris are ready to use.

8. Keep it in air tight container for longer use.

You can use these pooris for golgappa/ Pani Puri, Shev poori, bhel Puri , radaga Puri and other street food snacks.
