INGREDIENTS :
1 cup semolina/ rava/ suji
1 1/2 cup warm water
4 spoons ghee
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp green cardamom powder
2 tsp rose syrup
Few dry fruits of your choice
METHOD :
1. Heat 1 tsp ghee.
2. Roast dry fruits in ghee for 2 minutes .
Keep them aside.
3. In a pan heat 3-4 spoons ghee.
4. Add 1 cup semolina.
5. Roast it well on medium flame till it starts changing its colour.
6. Add ghee roasted dry fruits.
7. Mix well.
8. Add 1 1/2 cup warm water. Mix well.
Cover it with lid.
9. Let t cool on low flame for.some time.
10. Add 3/4 cup sugar. Mix well.
11. Add cardamom powder and rose syrup.
12. Mix well.
13. Add 1 spoon ghee. Let it cook for 1 more.minute.
14.Rose flavoured suji halwa is ready to serve.
