BHEL - EVENING SNACKS


INGREDIENTS :

2 bows bhadang / spicy puffed rice
1/2 bowl mix Farsan
1 onion finely chopped
Handful of chopped coriander
4 spoons tamarind dates chutney
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
2 spoons roasted peanuts
Salt to taste
Handful of shev

METHOD:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. If you want it more spic, you can add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder.
3. Serve it in a bowl.
4. Sprinkle some she and chopped coriander for decoration.
