INGREDIENTS :
1 cup boiled rice 🍚
This type of rice you can easily find in any supermarket or just use boiled rice ( उकडा तांदूळ) that we generally use in Konkan region.
1/2 cup urad daal
White daal without cover
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 spoon rice flakes ( poha )
1 cup Idli rawa
Pinch of sugar

How to make Idli ?
1. Add water to adjust consistency of batter, if your batter is thicker.
2. Add pinch of salt to already fermented Idli batter.
3. Pour this batter in Idli stand.
4. Pour water in steamer. Let it boil to get steams.
5. Keep this Idli stand in steamer to steam Idlis .
Cover wit lid.
Steam it for at least 8-10 minutes.
6. Once steamed it puff outs and becomes light weight.
7. Remove Idli stand out of steamer. Let it cool down slightly.
8. With help of spoon, carefully remove steamed Idlis from it .
Your Idli is ready .
