EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE

I love backing but never tried egg less cake before . As being from non vegetarian family , I always backed different types of cake but all with eggs . 

Because of my loving friends´s requests who believed my backing , my followers ... this time I decided to back it without eggs.
My first attempt of vegetarian cake turned out perfect !

Sharing here perfect egg less chocolate banana cake recipe !



INGREDIENTS :

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 
3/4 cup sugar 
3 ripped bananas
2 spoons coco powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted room temperature butter
1/4 tsp oil
pinch of salt  

METHOD :

HOW TO MAKE CAKE MIXTURE ?

1. Take 3 ripped bananas. Peel them.

2. Add milk, sugar and ripped bananas together in a blender.
Make its fine paste.

3. Pour this banana paste in a mixing bowl. 

4. Add 2 spoons coco powder, unsalted butter and oil each 1/4 cup . 
Whisk it together . 

5. Add  1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour - 2 spoons at a time . 
Make sure there are no lumps of flour formed in it . 
You can use steel strainer to get smooth flour . 

6. Add backing soda , backing powder and pinch of salt .
Whisk it together . 

HOW TO BAKE THIS CAKE ?


7. Take a cake mold of any shape . Grace it at bottom and on walls from all sides with melted butter .

8. Pour this cake mixture in it . 
Tap cake mold twice to remove excess air bubbles. Sprinkle almond slices over it .  

9. Preheat oven at 180°C. 

10. Place this cake mold with cake mixture in preheated oven.

11. Back it for approx 35 minutes at 180°C. 

12. Before removing cake mold out of oven , check if cake is backed completely at its center till its bottom layer.
For that you can use tester or tooth pick . Just pinch it at center and remove . It should come out without any batter / mixture on it .

13. Fluffy , soft , moist, egg less chocolate banana cake is ready to serve .
