CHEESY ALOO MASALA - POTATO GRAVY SABZI WITH CHEESE is spicy , potato gravy sabzi . Cheese added into it gives delicious taste to masala.

INGREDIENTS
small sized 5-6 boiled potatoes
oil for tempering
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
fresh curry leaves
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 finely chopped tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 spoons milk powder
1 spoons grated cheese
METHOD
1. Add oil for tempering.
2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them pop.
3. Add chopped onion and tomato . Roast it nicely.
4. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
5. Roast nicely.
6. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
7. Roast it nicely. Add 2 spoons milk powder. Mix well.
8. Add 1/2 cup water . Cover it with lid and let it cook for some time.
9. Add 1 spoon grated cheese. Mix it well.
10. Let it cook for some more time .
11. Once gravy is ready, add boiled potatoes.
12. Before adding make a small cut on it . If they are big in size, cut them into half.
13 Mix well
