Mint Chutney - Easy recipe of spicy Indian pudina chutney

Easy recipe for mint chutney to serve with Vada pav, samosa, chaat, pakora / flitters , sandwiches and many  more indian street foods.


INGREDIENTS

15 to 20 fresh mint leaves

 Coriander leaves

 1 tsp lemon juice

 Salt

 Sugar

 Peel 4 cloves of garlic

 Cumin seeds

 Chopped 1/2 onion



 Action:


 1.  Wash mint and coriander leaves  with water.

 2.  Mix all ingredients

 3.  Finely paste all  in the mixer.

 4.  Use salt and sugar to taste.


 Note:

 If you want more and thicker chutney, add 1 piece of bread while mixing.
