INGREDIENTS :
For making paneer
1 litre milk
2 spoons lemon juice

For making Gulab Jamun
1 big bowl homemade paneer
2 spoons milk powder
3-4 spoons all purpose flour
2 spoons oil
1/4 cup milk
Oil for frying

For sugar syrup
1 tea cup sugar
1 tea cup water
1 green cardamom

METHOD
1. Make paneer at home with 1 litre milk. Use 2 spoons lemon juice for it.

2. Crush homemade paneer.
3. Add all purpose flour, milk powder, 2 tsp oil and milk in it.
4. Knead it to super soft dough. Apply oil to your hands while kneading.
It should become non sticky.
6. Roll them in small size balls.
5. Heat oil for frying.
Deep fry paneer balls on low flame.
We don't want very hot oil here. Medium hot oil is enough to fry.
If you will use very hot oil, your Jamun will get not get plain surface texture.
6. Flip them to fry from other side. Avoid using spoon.
7. Fry till it's colour changes to brown.
8. Keep them kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
9. Pour them in hot sugar syrup.
10. Cover it with lid.
11. Cook Jamun in sugar syrup on low flame for around 2 -3 minutes.
12. Let them dipped in syrup for next 2 hours to soak sweetness.
They will grow in size and will become softer.
13.Gulab Jamun made from paneer are ready to serve.
14. While serving sprinkle some dry fruits on it.
