INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS EGG KHEEMA

Egg Kheema is one of the best variation of boiled egg dish . Its taste awesome with Indian bread Naan or Roti.

A must try recipe, which is treat for egg lovers  



INGREDIENTS 
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • oil for tempering
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste 
  • chopped onion and tomatoes

FOR GRAVY 

  • 2 small pieces of dried coconut
  • 1 spoon sesame seeds
  • ginger, garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove
  • 1 piece of cinnamon 
  • 4 dried chili
  • 2 spoon fried onion


PREPARATION

  1.  Grate boiled eggs with big sized grated
  2.  Add all ingredients listed in gravy.
  3.  Grind it to file paste

RECIPE

  1. Heat 3-4 spoons oil for tempering.
  2. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.Let it pop.
  3. Add chopped onion & tomatoes.
  4. Saute well till onion turns golden brown and tomatoes cooks nicely.
  5. Add turmeric powder. Saute well
  6. Add 4 spoons gravy. 
  7. Saute till gravy roasts nicely. It starts releasing oil.
  8. Add garam masala, red chili powder and salt to taste
  9. Saute well.
  10. Add 1/2 bowl warm water.
  11. Let it cook for some time .
  12. Add grated eggs.
  13. Mix well
  14. Delicious Egg Kheema is ready to serve.
  15. Serve with Indian flat bread Naan / Roti
