Egg Kheema is one of the best variation of boiled egg dish . Its taste awesome with Indian bread Naan or Roti.
A must try recipe, which is treat for egg lovers
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boiled eggs
- oil for tempering
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- chopped onion and tomatoes
FOR GRAVY
- 2 small pieces of dried coconut
- 1 spoon sesame seeds
- ginger, garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove
- 1 piece of cinnamon
- 4 dried chili
- 2 spoon fried onion
PREPARATION
- Grate boiled eggs with big sized grated
- Add all ingredients listed in gravy.
- Grind it to file paste
RECIPE
- Heat 3-4 spoons oil for tempering.
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.Let it pop.
- Add chopped onion & tomatoes.
- Saute well till onion turns golden brown and tomatoes cooks nicely.
- Add turmeric powder. Saute well
- Add 4 spoons gravy.
- Saute till gravy roasts nicely. It starts releasing oil.
- Add garam masala, red chili powder and salt to taste
- Saute well.
- Add 1/2 bowl warm water.
- Let it cook for some time .
- Add grated eggs.
- Mix well
- Delicious Egg Kheema is ready to serve.
- Serve with Indian flat bread Naan / Roti
