CARROT LADDU - INDIAN SWEETS LADOO | GAJAR KE LADDU



INGREDIENTS

4 carrots
2 tsp ghee
 1 cup milk
1 cup grated fresh coconut 
or desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
chopped almonds 

PREPARATION



1. Grate carrots.

2. Heat 2 spoons ghee.

3. Add grated carrot . Saute well.

4. Add 1/2 cup milk. Cook well for 5 minutes.

5. Add 1/2 cup milk again. Mix well.

6. Cover with lid and let it cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

7. Carrot becomes soft and sticky.

8. Add desiccated coconut and sugar. Mix well.

9. Cook for 2 minutes.

10 Add chopped almonds. Mix well.

11.  Let this mixture cools down for 1 hour.

12. Roll medium size Laddu .

13. Carrot laddu are ready to serve.
