INGREDIENTS :
Making Egg Mixture
2 eggs
Salt
Red chili powder
Optional
1 onion finely chopped
Finely chop 1/2 tomatoes
Chopped coriander
Garam masala
Making a dough
2 cups wheat flour
Water as required
4 spoons Oil
PREPARATION
HOW TO MAKE A DOUGH ?
1. In a large bowl, add wheat flour, pinch of salt, water as required .
2. Knead a soft dough.
3. Add 1 tbsp oil and to make dough non sticky.
4. Rest it for 30 minutes.
5. Divide it into orange sized small portions.
HOW TO MAKE EGG MIXTURE ?
1. Beat an egg in a large bowl.
2. Add salt to taste, red chili powder.
3. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, fresh coriander and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Ingredients in this step are optional.
4. Mix well.
5. Keep this mixture aside.
MAKING EGG PARATHA
1. Make medium sized dough balls and roll roti from it as usual.
2. Roast this roti on heated pan from both side.
3. Keep gas flame low.
9. While the roti is in the pan, spread the egg mixture on it. Make sure the mixture spreads evenly over the chapati.
10. Cover the pan and let it cook on steam for 2 minutes. Or you can cook it without covering
11. Flip it to other side and roast well .
12. Delicious EGG PARATHA is ready to serve.
13. Paratha can be served with peanut chutney. Roll and serve it to children , they like to eat it.
